Role Overview

The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for shaping product messaging, supporting market launches, enabling sales teams, and feeding market insights back into product strategy for HELI’s forklift and material-handling portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define clear product positioning and build a compelling value proposition for the company’s forklift products.
  • Develop differentiated messaging based on customer needs, industry use cases, and competitive advantages.
  • Ensure consistent communication across marketing and sales channels.
  • Plan and execute product launches and product upgrades.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between product management, research and development, sales, and marketing.
  • Create launch-related marketing assets, sales documents, and communication concepts.
  • Monitor competitor products, pricing, positioning, and market activity on an ongoing basis.
  • Track industry and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Prepare competitive battlecards as well as market and insight reports.
  • Build sales enablement materials such as product manuals, presentations, comparison sheets, FAQ documents, and other tools.
  • Support regional sales teams and dealers through product training and market briefings.
  • Organize product trainings and launch events.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, dealers, and the market.
  • Work closely with product and development teams so market needs are reflected in product planning.
  • Provide market research and customer insights to support business strategy.
  • Create product-focused content such as case studies, application stories, videos, and webinars.
  • Support trade fairs, dealer events, and industry marketing initiatives.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of product marketing knowledge, analytical thinking, stakeholder coordination, and multilingual communication skills.

Work Schedule and Location

The role is based at Grüner Weg 14, 61169 Friedberg, Germany. Working days are Monday to Friday, with an 8-hour workday and a 40-hour workweek. The position is on-site.
