Its digital platform supports users across Africa with tools and services that encourage better financial decisions.
Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager position in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. In this role, you will own the full journey of digital financial products from early idea stage and discovery through launch and ongoing improvement. You will shape product direction, convert business and customer needs into actionable requirements, and work with multiple teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
The Product Manager will coordinate product development across engineering, design, data, operations, and marketing teams. The role involves defining product strategy, building and maintaining roadmaps, turning insights into detailed user stories and specifications, and ensuring execution stays aligned with business priorities. You will also review product performance, study customer feedback and usage data, test ideas through experiments, and improve the product to drive adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
Ideal candidates should bring experience in product management, product ownership, or a closely related role, preferably within technology or fintech. The role calls for strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and comfort using data, experimentation, and metrics to guide decisions. You should be confident working with cross-functional stakeholders, communicating clearly, documenting requirements well, and helping different teams stay aligned around a shared product vision. Familiarity with agile or lean product development practices and tools such as Jira or Trello is useful. Experience with digital financial services or customer-facing digital products is an advantage.
Education and Work Setup
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or another relevant discipline is preferred, though equivalent practical experience may also be considered. The role requires the ability to work on-site in Ibadan and calls for a proactive, highly organized, and ownership-oriented approach.
