Product Manager – Deployment Solutions

Role overview

MatrixSpace is seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Manager to lead its deployment solutions and integrated sensing portfolio. In this role, you will own the direction, delivery, and market performance of solution offerings built from MatrixSpace technology together with partner products. The focus is on creating practical, mission-driven outcomes for customers operating in demanding environments.

MatrixSpace builds AI-powered radar and sensing systems designed to improve situational awareness where conventional sensing approaches often fall short. The company combines advanced radar, edge computing, and AI to deliver actionable insight in real-world operations.

What you will do

• Build a strong understanding of customer missions, field challenges, and commercial opportunities.
• Create product strategy, roadmap direction, requirements, and prioritization for deployment-oriented solutions.
• Assess customer needs, competitive forces, and new technologies to uncover differentiated solution ideas.
• Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to move solutions from concept to deployment and long-term support.
• Interact directly with customers through demos, deployments, trade shows, and feedback discussions.
• Contribute to go-to-market efforts such as sales support, customer engagement, and solution messaging.
• Track adoption, customer results, and business performance to shape future investments.

What the company is looking for

This role involves direct or indirect work with the U.S. Government in restricted settings. Applicants must already be legally allowed to work in the United States without employer sponsorship and may need to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance in the future.

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, product strategy, solutions management, or a closely related field.
• Background in leading complex technical products or solutions across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to turn customer, market, and technical inputs into clear product direction and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and influencing ability.
• Good analytical judgment, prioritization skills, and practical decision-making.
• Comfort working through ambiguity and balancing competing demands.

Preferred background

• Experience with Counter-UAS, air defense, surveillance, or integrated sensing systems.
• Familiarity with multi-modal sensing setups using radar, infrared, passive RF, or similar technologies.
• Military, public safety, defense, or other operational field experience.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, security, or mobility markets.
• International market exposure, especially in Europe.
