The group also works through joint ventures with major industry players including LVMH Group, Revlon (for Elizabeth Arden), Puig, Shiseido, and Orveon (for Laura Mercier). Its capabilities span luxury retail, e-commerce, consumer marketing and analytics, and supply chain management, supported by a diverse team of 2,700 people across 15 markets.

Why this role matters

The Product Executive will be responsible for shaping, planning, and delivering marketing, sales, and promotional initiatives in line with brand guidelines to help meet sales targets. The position also owns product planning and retail execution, with the goal of creating a consistent, customer-centric brand experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure marketing campaigns are executed accurately and on time across both offline and online channels.
  • Evaluate potential partnerships by reviewing product assortment, positioning, pricing, and promotion strategy.
  • Coordinate with channel partners to align and execute product and trade marketing plans before, during, and after each activation.
  • Strengthen channel customer development through New User programme initiatives.
  • Compile regional post-campaign reports, track sales outcomes, and present analysis and ROI updates for management.
  • Oversee free-goods allocation for product launches as well as trade and retailer activities.
  • Track product registration activity in Singapore and ensure submissions move forward without delay.
  • Study market trends, observe competitor activity, and recommend proactive responses.
  • Support smooth delivery of product launches and trade marketing programmes in partnership with VM, sales, and training teams to grow awareness, acquire new customers, retain existing customers, and increase purchase frequency.
  • Monitor business and channel sales performance, review launch results, and develop action plans.
  • Execute door-to-door marketing plans, including events and promotions.
  • Manage the full advertising and promotion budget.
  • Handle routine administrative work, including vendor and purchase order creation, and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • More than 1 year of experience in brand management and/or marketing, ideally within beauty or FMCG.
  • Experience in luxury beauty or a consumer brand is a plus.
  • Strong commercial awareness and sound understanding of the industry.
  • Good analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive, self-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven sales performance in a target-oriented setting.
  • Detail-oriented with a solid numerical mindset.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to approach challenges differently.
  • Able to handle multiple priorities, manage projects well, and work efficiently with time constraints.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Presentable, confident, independent, and entrepreneurial in approach.
  • Strong team player who can thrive in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
  • Resourceful with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Genuine interest in beauty, with a strong eye for the category.
