Its AI-driven DigiCert ONE platform brings together PKI, DNS, and certificate lifecycle management to secure infrastructure, software, devices, messages, AI content, and agents. Role Summary

DigiCert is hiring an AI-native Product Designer to help shape new experiences for customers working with a fast-changing global set of AI models and agents. This role focuses on making advanced AI and security concepts easier to understand and use. You will work across disciplines while building capability in product design, delivery, research, and systems thinking on high-impact problems related to AI trust and transparency.

What You Will Do

  • Support the design of user experiences for AI-related capabilities, from initial ideas through launch-ready delivery.
  • Partner with product management, engineering, and other functions to turn requirements into strong design solutions.
  • Take part in user research, including collecting insights and helping organize findings.
  • Use AI-based and conventional tools to build mockups and prototypes that communicate design direction.
  • Apply user-centered design practices to improve clarity and ease of use in complex workflows.
  • Help maintain and expand design systems and pattern libraries.
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback and iterate quickly on designs.
  • Use data and feedback signals to refine and strengthen the user experience.

What You Need

  • Hands-on experience using AI-based design and/or coding tools, with confidence exploring new AI technologies; examples of AI usage in different contexts are expected, including personal projects if relevant.
  • At least 3 years of experience in UX, product design, or interaction design, with internships or relevant coursework counting toward that total.
  • Strong ability with standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar software.
  • Solid foundation in user-centered design and usability principles.
  • Ability to present design ideas clearly through visuals and presentations.
  • Comfort working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and a willingness to keep learning.
  • Clear and confident communication skills.
  • Basic experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering and product.

Preferred Experience

  • Background designing enterprise or SaaS products.
  • Experience with complex workflows or technically demanding areas such as security, infrastructure, or IT tools.
  • Exposure to analytics and data-informed design methods.
  • Experience helping build or scale a design system.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development and responsive design.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay along with full medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Retirement savings plans with employer matching, including 401(k) or RRSP.
  • Paid time off, including holidays and vacation.
  • Paid parental leave and family support benefits.
  • Life and disability insurance coverage.
  • Flexible spending accounts and health savings options, where available.
  • Wellness support such as gym reimbursement and wellness programs.
  • Employee Assistance Program offering confidential 24/7 support for employees and families.
  • Education support and professional development opportunities.
  • Access to LinkedIn Learning and other ongoing learning resources.
  • Employee referral bonuses plus additional company perks and discounts.
  • Internal recognition platform (Motivosity) to celebrate wins, milestones, and colleague contributions.
  • Business travel insurance and global employee support programs.
