About Collectors

Collectors builds technology-led services for collectors around the world. The company grades, authenticates, stores, and sells collectibles at scale, while continuing to modernize and digitize how collectors engage with their passions. Its portfolio covers trading cards, autographs, comic books, coins, video games, event tickets, and memorabilia, and its brands include PSA, PCGS, Beckett, SGC, and Card Ladder.

Founded in 1986, Collectors has authenticated and graded millions of items and now employs more than 3,000 people across its headquarters in Santa Ana, California and offices in New Jersey, Texas, Florida, Japan, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Canada, Mexico, Germany, and France. The company is growing its presence in Germany and offers the chance to help shape a new market with the backing of an established US business.

Role Overview

PSA is expanding into Europe and is hiring a Pricing Results Specialist with deep sports card knowledge to join the PSA Pricing Team in Frankfurt. The role focuses on checking customer-selected submission service levels on PSA orders and making sure prices reflect actual market value. You will report to the Senior Manager, Pricing Results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess customer orders and confirm whether the chosen service level matches the card’s market value.
  • Revise submission pricing on an individual line-item basis when adjustments are needed.
  • Keep up to date with trading card and collectible pricing by using market publications, auction outcomes, and other reliable sources.
  • Identify and contact hobby pricing resources for support when required.
  • Share pricing changes with the relevant PSA team members.
  • Spot opportunities to improve pricing, service, or systems by staying informed about industry shifts, market activity, new technology, and competitors.

Candidate Profile

Successful candidates should understand sports cards firsthand and preferably bring experience from operations, customer service, or accounting. The position calls for strong problem-solving ability, excellent organization, and the discipline to work toward production goals while maintaining productivity. Attention to detail and the ability to stay focused for extended periods are essential. Experience in the collectible card industry is preferred, though a fast learner may also be considered.

Tools and Skills

You must be comfortable working with Word, Excel, and custom processing systems. Strong teamwork, clear communication, and the ability to work productively in a positive team environment are also important.

Language and Work Authorization

Fluent German is required. English proficiency at B2 level or above is also required. Applicants must be eligible to work in the European Union, as visa sponsorship is not available.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is €37,050 to €42,607. Final compensation within that range will depend on factors such as location, job level, experience, and skill set. The position may also qualify for bonuses, commissions, or other compensation; further details can be provided by the recruiter.

Reasons to join include the opportunity to help launch PSA in the EU market, being part of a collaborative international team, supporting the Collectors community, and receiving a competitive salary and benefits package.
