Role overview

An established contractor in the shoring and foundations space is hiring a President to guide the company through its next growth stage in the Greater Toronto Area. The business is already well positioned, with a strong name in the market, no debt, meaningful equipment ownership, and an experienced leadership group. The organization is aiming to expand annual revenue from $30M to more than $50M.

Reporting line and scope

This senior executive will report directly to the Board and take ownership of the company’s overall direction, performance, and expansion strategy. The role carries responsibility for both day-to-day operational leadership and long-term business planning.

Key focus areas

  • Accelerate business growth and broaden market presence.
  • Own full P&L performance and improve profitability.
  • Recruit, guide, and strengthen a high-performing management team.
  • Deepen partnerships with clients and other industry stakeholders.
  • Oversee operations, project execution, and strategic planning.
  • Build a workplace culture centered on accountability, results, and ongoing improvement.
