Job description

Role Overview

This full-time role supports worldwide marketing and communications activity for a luxury brand known for high jewelry, watchmaking, and global collaborations. The assistant will help keep PR and marketing work moving smoothly by coordinating product logistics, supporting media outreach, and managing partner requests with accuracy and care.

The position is based in New York City and requires on-site attendance five days per week. It is a strong opportunity for someone who wants practical exposure to ultra-luxury marketing and communications in a fast-moving environment.

Public Relations Support

  • Arrange product deliveries for editorials, photo shoots, press placements, and influencer collaborations.
  • Oversee packing, shipment, and product returns while working closely with logistics teams.
  • Be present at photo shoots when needed and provide on-site coordination support.
  • Build and refresh lookbooks for jewelry and watch collections.
  • Keep media contact lists current and assist with outreach efforts.
  • Track press coverage and prepare monthly media reports.
  • File and organize editorial and celebrity features in internal systems.

Marketing Support

  • Coordinate product dispatches and marketing asset distribution for B2B partners.
  • Send creative materials to international partners in line with brand standards.
  • Handle occasional marketing requests from teams across different regions and functions.
  • Support the rollout and monitoring of campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Prepare and update presentations, decks, and branded marketing collateral.
  • Research market trends and competitors to assist planning and strategy.

Administrative and Project Support

  • Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and project tracking documents.
  • Set up meetings and follow up on action points.
  • Keep digital asset libraries organized and up to date.
  • Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and external partners when required.

Qualifications and Working Style

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a closely related discipline, though this is preferred rather than mandatory. Prior experience of 1 to 3 years in PR, marketing, or a similar area is preferred, especially in luxury, retail, fashion, jewelry, or hospitality. Recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Strong English fluency is needed. The role also calls for flexibility in a fast-paced setting where priorities can change quickly, care and discretion when handling high-value products, initiative to work independently, and the ability to communicate well with internal teams, media, partners, and vendors.

Compensation and Work Arrangement

Salary begins at $75,000 per year. This is an on-site position in New York City, New York, with a five-day office schedule.
