Overview

This role supports high-quality vehicle repair work by making sure customer cars are cleaned and prepared before delivery. It also keeps the shop, office, and surrounding property clean, organized, and presentable. Key Responsibilities

• Carry out the WOW (Wow Operating Way) process consistently.
• Handle daily cleaning and upkeep of the office interior, including clearing trash, mopping or sweeping floors, and dusting counters and work areas.
• Keep the production area tidy by removing waste, sweeping floors, discarding unwanted vehicle parts, and returning tools and equipment to their designated places.
• Maintain parking areas and grounds so they remain orderly, including clearing sidewalks of snow when needed.
• Wash customer vehicles before repair work begins.
• Clean both the inside and outside of repaired vehicles before they are returned to customers.
• Move customer vehicles to outside repair locations as needed.

Education and Experience

A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Automotive-related experience is also preferred. Applicants should be able to manage multiple tasks, have clear close-range vision, be at least 18 years old, and hold a valid driver’s license. Strong attention to detail is important.

• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work around moving mechanical parts
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl as needed
