Role Overview
CSI Global is looking for a PMO Assistant to join its Project Management Office in Riyadh. The role supports the planning, coordination, and monitoring of project activities to help ensure delivery happens on schedule, within the defined scope, and according to internal standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the PMO team with planning project timelines, organizing schedules, and following up on progress.
- Build and update project reports, dashboards, and supporting documents.
- Work with project managers and stakeholders to gather status updates and required information.
- Keep project files, registers, and compliance-related records accurately maintained.
- Track risks, open issues, and assigned action points, and help follow them through to closure.
- Handle several tasks at once in an organized manner while maintaining close attention to detail.
- Stay effective under pressure, meet deadlines, and require limited supervision.
- Use MS Office tools confidently, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for reporting and tracking work.
- Coordinate with different departments and support day-to-day office and project administration tasks.
- Apply basic understanding of procurement, contracts, and project lifecycles where needed.
- Maintain well-structured filing and document control systems.
- Use PDF editing software for document handling and updates.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Three to five years of experience in PMO support or a similar project assistance role.
- Strong capability in organizing information and maintaining documentation.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office, with project management software considered an added advantage.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Project management certifications and familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, Jira, or similar platforms are preferred.
Additional Notes
The role is based in Riyadh and is offered on a full-time onsite basis. A background in procurement processes, contracts, and project lifecycle support will be beneficial. Experience with structured filing systems and PDF editing tools is also useful for success in this position.
