About the role

FIBO AGENCY is hiring an experienced commercial photographer and videographer to become part of its creative team in Doha, Qatar. The position focuses on creating premium visual assets for advertising campaigns, brand films, social media, and other digital channels. You will contribute across the full production cycle, from shaping ideas in pre-production through to final handover, while keeping output aligned with high production standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and carry out commercial photo and video shoots from start to finish.
• Handle professional cameras, lighting setups, grip gear, and audio equipment, including basic maintenance.
• Create, edit, and deliver polished visual content suitable for a range of platforms.
• Work closely with creative, strategy, and marketing teams during planning and execution.
• Use AI-based tools where they can improve speed, creativity, or overall production quality.
• Own projects from concept development through final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Keep all work consistent with brand standards and the intended creative direction.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in commercial photography and videography.
• A strong portfolio showing work in advertising or branded content.
• Solid expertise in professional camera systems, lighting, and production processes.
• Working proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Exposure to AI-driven creative tools will be considered an advantage.
• Good command of visual storytelling, composition, lighting, and color principles.
• Strong planning, coordination, and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative creative environment.
• Submission of a portfolio is mandatory.
