Role overview

TastyUrban is hiring a Photographer / Videographer / Content Creator to build compelling visual assets for its Berlin team. This onsite role is based in the company’s Berlin office and can be considered on either a part-time or full-time basis.

About TastyUrban

TastyUrban is a rapidly expanding multi-brand food franchise that partners with renowned chefs to build delivery-focused food brands. Its concepts are licensed to restaurant operators and distributed through platforms such as UberEats and Wolt. With a portfolio of four brands, the company is focused on reshaping convenient dining through originality, strong brand experiences, and engaging customer communication.

What you will do

  • Independently plan, capture, and edit photo and video content for social media, online ads, the website, and delivery marketplaces such as UberEats and Wolt.
  • Create visual stories that showcase the food, chefs, kitchen environment, and customer journey.
  • Produce a varied mix of assets, including product shots, behind-the-scenes clips, short-form social videos such as Reels and TikTok, and campaign visuals.
  • Keep all creative output aligned with the brand’s identity and high-quality visual standards.
  • Build and maintain content calendars together with the Marketing Manager so content supports campaigns and product launches.
  • Study trends, formats, and viral content to keep the brand’s output relevant and fresh.
  • Contribute to audience engagement through creative content and community interaction on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Work with the marketing team on creative briefs and campaign concepts.
  • Strengthen brand storytelling through engaging visual execution.
  • Help plan and cover on-site events such as store openings and PR activations, ensuring high-quality content capture.
  • Measure how visual content performs in terms of engagement, reach, and views, then use those insights to improve future content.
  • Keep the content archive organized and easy to access for ongoing use.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in photography and videography, backed by a strong portfolio, preferably in food, hospitality, lifestyle, or FMCG.
  • Solid command of editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable mobile editing tools.
  • Practical experience producing content for social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and newer channels.
  • Good awareness of digital trends and the ability to adjust content styles quickly for different audiences.
  • Strong visual judgment, with a sharp eye for detail, framing, and composition.
  • Comfortable working both behind the camera and, from time to time, in front of it.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and able to juggle several projects at once.
  • Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage.
