  • Serve as the central point of knowledge for customer workflows, business goals, and account direction.
  • Help drive adoption by matching ComboCurve capabilities to changing operational and business priorities.
  • Assist with customer questions through the established support process and work toward prompt resolution.
  • Represent customer needs internally and share strategic feedback with Product, Sales, and Leadership to improve the overall experience.
  • Occasionally travel for customer visits and trade show participation.

Requirements

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in reservoir engineering.
  • Practical knowledge of reservoir engineering workflows such as A&D evaluations, PDP forecasting, upside forecasting, and economic analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with ARIES, PHDWin, or similar reservoir engineering and economic modeling tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional environments.
  • Strong analytical thinking and a structured, process-oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics to different audiences.
