Role overview
Abell Pest Control is hiring a hands-on Pest Technician who can help customers resolve pest issues while also supporting business growth. The company offers training for the role, along with a compensation package that includes base pay, commission, and bonus opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Assess the source of an infestation and recommend the most suitable control approach, which may include pesticide application, mechanical traps, sealing entry points, or other pest management methods.
- Reach out to prospective customers and help generate new business.
- Always follow product directions and safety rules when working with fumigants, pesticides, and power spraying equipment, including the use of required protective gear.
- Plan and organize your schedule and route so service visits are completed promptly.
- Respond to customer needs during on-site visits and tailor the service program accordingly.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Background in customer service.
- Willingness to obtain an Applicator's License.
- Sales experience is an advantage.
