Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position in Kozhikode for a Pest Control Technician. The role involves inspecting sites for pest issues, carrying out preventive and treatment work using the 4D IPM system, keeping service standards and safety practices in place, recording completed work accurately, and advising customers on how to reduce the chances of future infestations.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect properties to detect pest activity and assess the extent of the problem.
• Apply preventive measures and treatment methods aligned with the company’s 4D IPM process.
• Work to maintain customer satisfaction by delivering effective pest control service.
• Follow safety procedures and environmental rules while performing fieldwork.
• Prepare service records and document treatment details after each assignment.
• Share practical recommendations with clients to help prevent repeat infestations.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on understanding of pest control and integrated pest management methods.
• Ability to recognize common pest problems and manage them safely and effectively.
• Good verbal communication skills for handling client interaction and concerns.
• Comfort with manual work and the physical ability to lift moderate weights.
• Careful attention to detail and a strong focus on quality outcomes.
• Basic awareness of safety practices and environmental compliance.
• High school education or an equivalent qualification is required.
• Prior exposure to pest management or related certifications will be considered an advantage.
• Experience in lawn care is a plus.
