Role Overview
As a personnel planner/disponent, you will support staffing and workforce coordination at the Worms location. Your day-to-day work combines employee administration, scheduling, and related payroll and disciplinary coordination tasks.
Key Tasks
- Maintain employee records, including allowances and assignments
- Prepare and process invoice-related hiring entries
- Handle payroll-related work such as wages, allowances, and other adjustments
- Organize staffing and scheduling, including shift planning, resignations, warnings, and compliance-related matters
Profile
- Completed commercial/vocational training in an office or business-related field
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, dedication, teamwork, and reliability
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
