The ideal candidate will be a dependable partner who helps organize priorities, keep projects moving, and ensure daily operations run efficiently. The role spans executive assistance, project coordination, special initiatives, business development support, and personal executive support.
This opportunity suits someone who values variety, takes initiative, and is comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. The team is seeking a polished professional who is proactive, highly organized, attentive to detail, able to predict needs, and committed to discretion.
For someone who enjoys supporting senior leaders, solving problems, and contributing meaningfully behind the scenes, this role offers a strong fit.

- Help with property management tasks and household organization projects.
- Handle sensitive personal matters with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience supporting C-suite leaders, founders, entrepreneurs, ownership groups, or senior management teams.

- Strong organization, project coordination, and time-management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and use sound judgment.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and follow-through.
- Background in healthcare, multi-location operations, or fast-growing companies is preferred.

- High integrity, professionalism, and discretion are essential when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to keep both business and personal matters strictly confidential.
