Role overview

We are seeking a Personal PR & Branding Executive in the United Arab Emirates to help shape, safeguard, and elevate the public profile of a high-visibility individual. This position combines strategic communications with hands-on delivery across media relations, digital channels, reputation management, and thought leadership. You will work in a fast-moving, confidential environment where consistency in voice, narrative, and visual identity is critical.

You will collaborate with creative partners, agents, and other stakeholders to make sure every public interaction strengthens a unified personal brand. The role calls for strong judgment, careful handling of sensitive information, and the ability to switch smoothly between planning and execution.

Key accountabilities

  • Contribute to the rollout and ongoing refinement of a personal branding strategy, keeping messaging, tone, and visual style aligned across all public channels.
  • Handle media-facing activity such as press materials, media briefs, outreach, interview coordination, feature opportunities, and speaking engagements.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content for social platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, with a focus on engagement and brand consistency.
  • Create and polish written assets such as social captions, talking points, articles, and thought leadership content, including ghostwritten material where needed.
  • Organize the preparation and logistics for events, appearances, panels, and keynote sessions so the personal brand is presented strongly and professionally.
  • Track media mentions, public opinion, and online presence, while flagging potential reputation issues and supporting crisis-response efforts when necessary.
  • Work closely with designers, editors, and external partners to ensure the brand remains polished and consistent across all formats.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a closely related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in PR, executive communications, personal branding, or media relations, preferably supporting senior leaders or high-profile individuals.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling ability, with the flexibility to adapt voice and style for different audiences and platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of social media strategy, digital branding, and content distribution across major platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with media professionals, influencers, agencies, or other public-facing stakeholders.
  • A high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and care when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Strong project coordination skills, paired with a creative, resourceful, and detail-focused approach.
  • Fluent English is mandatory; Russian fluency is a significant advantage, and other languages are beneficial.
