Role Overview
The company is looking for a proactive and well-organized Personal Assistant to support the founder, Max Milian Mathew, across both professional and personal responsibilities. The position calls for discretion, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a busy setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the founder’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- Review incoming emails, calls, and other communication, then respond promptly or route them to the right person.
- Draft, refine, and format documents, presentations, and reports.
- Carry out research on assigned topics and summarize findings for decision-making.
- Support the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and special initiatives.
- Manage personal errands and tasks for the founder, such as household coordination, travel reservations, and personal appointments.
- Serve as a communication link between the founder and internal or external contacts while maintaining professional relationships.
- Track expenses and invoices and ensure records are accurate.
- Help organize training sessions and networking activities for personal and professional growth.
- Handle confidential information carefully and maintain a high level of discretion at all times.

Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English communication.
- Good planning, coordination, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle several tasks at once and decide priorities effectively.
- Comfortable using the Microsoft Office suite.
