About the Role
This position is for a remote evaluator focused on people operations and recruiting work. The role supports the assessment of AI-produced outputs, with an emphasis on improving the quality, accuracy, and presentation of materials used in recruiting-related workflows.
What You’ll Do
- Review AI-generated work against role-specific quality standards and grading criteria.
- Spot mistakes in facts, visual presentation, and overall structure across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
- Write precise, well-organized feedback that helps improve future AI outputs.
- Use your subject-matter expertise to judge the correctness and depth of the work product.
- Handle tasks independently, work asynchronously, and complete assignments within deadlines.
Qualifications
- You need at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in people operations or recruiting.
- Strong command of English, either native-level or professional fluency.
- Advanced ability to use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with particular strength in Slides.
Preferred Background
- A master’s degree or higher from a respected institution is preferred.
Compensation
The pay range for this contract role is $80 to $120 per hour.
