Job description

About the role

JUNIQE for Business is looking for a People Development & Relations Manager to strengthen people development, internal communication, and team experience across the organization in the Greater Munich Metropolitan Area.

What you'll do

  • Own the onboarding and offboarding journey for new colleagues and improve both processes with fresh routines and modern tools.
  • Support the design and rollout of performance management and talent development formats that create real value.
  • Help expand the company’s learning and development offering and contribute ideas that build a stronger learning culture across the organization.
  • Further develop feedback processes and pulse surveys while keeping a close eye on employee sentiment.
  • Contribute to internal communication so information flows clearly across the group.
  • Serve as a contact person for people development and broader people-related questions, working closely with teams and leaders.

What we're looking for

  • Initial experience in people development, HR development, or organizational development.
  • Open, clear communication style with both employees and leaders, along with strong sensitivity for people and situations.
  • A proactive way of working with the ability to move topics forward and stay organized across multiple priorities.
  • Balanced judgment between employee needs and employer perspective, handled with discretion and trustworthiness.
  • Prior exposure to feedback platforms such as Effectory and intranet systems such as WordPress is an advantage.
  • Interest in testing new AI tools and finding smarter ways to improve workflows.
  • Very strong German language skills, at least C1 level.

Why this role stands out

  • You will work directly with teams and leaders and have real influence in day-to-day collaboration.
  • The position offers room to shape processes and see the impact of your work across the wider ALL IN GROUP, from office to production.
  • The company already has a solid foundation, but the focus is on continuous improvement rather than administration for its own sake.
  • No ego-driven culture or idle time; the environment values people who think ahead, take action, and help shape outcomes.
  • Development is tailored to you through quarterly goals, feedback discussions, and learning opportunities without a fixed budget cap, plus space for initiative in everyday work.
  • AI is used as a practical tool to automate as much as possible.
  • The workplace is primarily on-site for strong team spirit, with flexibility through home office exceptions and 10 FLEX DAYS.
  • Family-friendly and self-directed working style with trust-based hours and flexible scheduling to fit your life.
  • Health and mobility benefits include EGYM Wellpass, JobRad, or MINI leasing as choices.
  • Team events such as summer parties, pub quizzes, and barbecue gatherings celebrate success and togetherness.
