Job description

Role overview

Together for Mental Wellbeing is looking for a People Development Administrator to support its Learning & Development function. The role is part-time at 18.75 hours per week and follows a hybrid working pattern, with weekly attendance at the London SE11 head office.

In this position, you will provide prompt, well-organised administrative support that helps the team deliver learning opportunities for staff and strengthens a service user-led culture. You will also be the first contact for learning and development queries, coordinate training activity, manage the learning management system, and offer individual guidance to colleagues when needed.

This opportunity would suit someone who is proactive, highly organised, comfortable working with digital systems, and confident building positive working relationships. A genuine interest in inclusive learning and development and in making a meaningful workplace impact is important.
