As the business continues to expand, it is seeking an enthusiastic People Advisor to support the Security Product team and contribute to a positive experience for employees.
About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with leaders and employees across the Security Product team, offering practical and considered support throughout the employee journey. Your work will span coaching conversations, employee relations issues, engagement activities, development support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Each day will bring a different mix of challenges and opportunities, which makes the role varied and rewarding. You will contribute to problem-solving, collaborate across the business, and help shape a stronger culture while driving positive change.
What We're Looking For
Gallagher is looking for an approachable and proactive professional who combines empathy with good judgement. The ideal candidate will be commercially aware, build trust quickly, and communicate clearly and confidently with care.
What You'll Bring
- At least 2 years of experience in a People Advisor, HR Advisor, or comparable HR role
- Solid understanding of employee relations and confidence handling people-related matters
- Proven ability to earn trust and build effective relationships with leaders and employees at all levels
- A practical mindset that stays balanced and focused on solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy, fast-moving environment
