Payroll Specialist

Key responsibilities

• Run the monthly payroll cycle accurately and make sure all pay runs are completed on time.
• Check attendance records, overtime, leave balances, deductions, and any payroll-related changes.
• Keep payroll information current, complete, and correctly maintained.
• Work with HR and Finance teams to reflect employee changes that affect payroll calculations.
• Compile payroll reports and assist with month-end reconciliation activities.
• Respond to employee questions about pay, salary processing, and benefits.
• Follow labor regulations, company policies, and internal payroll procedures.
• Protect the confidentiality of all payroll data and related records.

Qualifications and requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Finance, or a related discipline is needed.
• At least 4 years of payroll processing experience is required.
• Practical experience using SAP SuccessFactors is mandatory.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level is necessary.
• The role calls for strong analytical ability and careful attention to detail.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills are expected.
• Fluent written and spoken English is required.
