Position overview
Riyadh Cables Group is hiring a Payroll Specialist for its office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key responsibilities
- Run the monthly payroll cycle accurately and make sure all pay runs are completed on time.
- Check attendance records, overtime, leave balances, deductions, and any payroll-related changes.
- Keep payroll information current, complete, and correctly maintained.
- Work with HR and Finance teams to reflect employee changes that affect payroll calculations.
- Compile payroll reports and assist with month-end reconciliation activities.
- Respond to employee questions about pay, salary processing, and benefits.
- Follow labor regulations, company policies, and internal payroll procedures.
- Protect the confidentiality of all payroll data and related records.
Qualifications and requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Finance, or a related discipline is needed.
- At least 4 years of payroll processing experience is required.
- Practical experience using SAP SuccessFactors is mandatory.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level is necessary.
- The role calls for strong analytical ability and careful attention to detail.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills are expected.
- Fluent written and spoken English is required.
