  • Maintain and manage employee-related information in the Sage HR system.
  • Review and enter master data updates, contract changes, and absences.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding wage tax, payroll, and social insurance topics.
  • Create certificates, reports, and analytical evaluations.

What the employer is looking for

  • Completed commercial training, a degree, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Confident use of digital systems.
  • Strong numerical understanding combined with a structured and accurate working style.
  • High service orientation and enjoyment in working with people.
  • Very good German skills; English is considered an advantage.
  • Applicants are encouraged to apply even if they do not yet meet every requirement, as initial experience and strong interest in the work are also valued.

What is offered

  • A varied role within a committed and dynamic team at an influential cultural institution.
  • Fair pay according to TVöD 9a plus additional pension provision through VBL.
  • 39-hour work week with flexible hours and the option to work remotely on a mobile basis.
  • 30 vacation days per year based on a 5-day week, plus time off on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
  • Personal development opportunities and health promotion initiatives.
  • Discounted tickets for events and subsidies for a job ticket.
  • Attractive corporate benefits.

Application notes
