Role overview
We are looking for a payroll and time management specialist to join the HR team at the Grünhain-Beierfeld site. The role supports a workforce of more than 400 people, including apprentices, dual-study students, and interns, and contributes to day-to-day HR service and employee support.
The position is focused on payroll processing and time tracking. It is offered as either full-time or part-time, with weekly working hours between 32 and 40.
Key responsibilities
- Handle monthly payroll calculations for wages and salaries independently.
- Prepare payroll-related data for accounting and finance.
- Manage time recording processes and create reports and statistics.
- Take care of monthly and annual statutory reporting duties.
- Advise employees on questions related to payroll and compensation.
- Maintain personnel master data and keep employee files up to date.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant has completed a commercial or office-related vocational qualification and brings solid practical knowledge of payroll administration. Strong confidence in MS Office, especially Excel, is expected, along with a high level of digital aptitude and experience with payroll systems.
For success in this role, you should work carefully, in a structured manner, and with a dependable mindset. Discretion is essential when handling personal data. Clear communication and a strong service mindset are also important.

Compensation
Pay is based on seniority and falls within a market-aligned annual gross salary range of EUR 40,000 to EUR 50,000 on a full-time basis.

This role is based onsite in Grünhain-Beierfeld, Saxony, Germany.
