The position is focused on payroll processing and time tracking. It is offered as either full-time or part-time, with weekly working hours between 32 and 40.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle monthly payroll calculations for wages and salaries independently.

  • Take care of monthly and annual statutory reporting duties.
  • Advise employees on questions related to payroll and compensation.
  • Maintain personnel master data and keep employee files up to date.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant has completed a commercial or office-related vocational qualification and brings solid practical knowledge of payroll administration. Strong confidence in MS Office, especially Excel, is expected, along with a high level of digital aptitude and experience with payroll systems.

For success in this role, you should work carefully, in a structured manner, and with a dependable mindset. Discretion is essential when handling personal data. Clear communication and a strong service mindset are also important.

What we offer

  • On-the-job training, targeted learning opportunities, and thorough onboarding.
  • Flexible, family-friendly working time models and the option to work remotely in part.
  • Health management support and broad social benefits.
  • Modern IT systems and infrastructure.

Compensation

Pay is based on seniority and falls within a market-aligned annual gross salary range of EUR 40,000 to EUR 50,000 on a full-time basis.
