Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including all reporting and certification-related duties.
- Support employees with questions related to HR matters and payroll.
- Prepare employment contracts, certificates, and other personnel documents.
- Maintain and update employee master data and digital personnel files.
- Contribute to HR initiatives and help improve internal workflows.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training along with practical experience in payroll or compensation accounting.
- Solid knowledge of wage tax and social insurance regulations.
- Experience with DATEV or similar payroll software is desirable.
- Well-organized, independent, and dependable working style.
- Strong service mindset, team spirit, and communication skills.
