About the Role

The Payroll Specialist will handle attendance records and leave-related processes, apply payroll corrections, manage audits and voids, process direct deposits and termination settlements, and support timely and accurate salary disbursement for all employees. The role also involves preparing payroll summaries that show wage expenses and labor costs for the business.

Responsibilities

  • Gather timesheet information and payroll inputs from the relevant sources.
  • Maintain payroll and administrative records by entering data accurately into internal systems and monitoring payroll software usage.
  • Prepare pay runs and process salary payments, including cash deposits where required.
  • Support compliance with internal company policies and payroll procedures.
  • Track attendance and leave details to help ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Perform payroll adjustments, audits, void processing, direct deposit handling, and final settlement checks for exiting employees.
  • Produce payroll reports covering wages and labor-related costs.

Qualifications

Applicants should have at least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position, a bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, human resources management, or another equivalent field, and hands-on experience with Dynamics 365. Strong computer skills are required, especially in Microsoft Office and Excel. The role also requires fluency in English and Arabic.
