Role Overview

This permanent, full-time position is based in Adelaide CBD with flexible working hours (minimum 32 hours weekly), including options for part-time employment. The role sits within the Finance team and focuses on executing the entire payroll function accurately and timely, servicing the employee base effectively.

Key Responsibilities and Experience

  • Manage complex payroll processing operations with meticulous accuracy.
  • Apply knowledge of various Enterprise Agreements impacting payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with superannuation, workers compensation, and income protection regulations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service with a personable and professional approach.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

  • Between 5 to 10 years of experience in payroll management involving intricate payroll scenarios.
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation and enterprise agreements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
