Position overview
CEVA Logistics is looking for an experienced and committed Payroll Administrator for a new site in Frankfurt/Oder. The role focuses on running payroll accurately and independently, while serving as a dependable contact for employees, managers, and external partners. The position is based in Großbeeren.
Key responsibilities
- Manage monthly payroll processing independently and within deadlines, ensuring compliance with labor, tax, and social insurance regulations.
- Apply statutory and employment-contract requirements correctly in all payroll activities.
- Maintain and update payroll master data and handle reporting, notifications, and certification processes.
- Advise and support managers, specialists, and employees on payroll-related matters, including tax, social security, and labor law considerations.
- Prepare analyses, reports, and statistical evaluations.
- Process direct insurance arrangements and provide support for company pensioners.
- Communicate with authorities, public offices, health insurance providers, and external business partners.
- Handle provisions, disability levy calculations, and accident insurance notifications.
- Support business teams in collecting and submitting payroll-relevant data such as timesheets and bonuses.
- Implement local pay-related rules in SAP.
Your profile
- Completed commercial training plus relevant professional experience in payroll accounting or HR administration.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an international environment.
- Strong knowledge of German labor law, social insurance law, and wage tax regulations.
- Confident use of MS Office and solid practical experience with SAP HR.
- Very good German skills and good written and spoken English.
- Well-structured, independent, and accurate working style with strong organizational ability.
- Strong service mindset, teamwork skills, and flexibility.
- Hands-on attitude, high commitment, and a strong sense of responsibility.
