The airline aims to position Saudi Arabia as a major global hub for aviation and commerce, powered by a digital-first model that will connect the kingdom to more than 100 destinations.
About the Role
This opportunity is for a payments operations specialist who is precise, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where accuracy matters.
The role focuses on keeping the payment orchestration platform available, stable, and continuously improved across all sales channels.
You will oversee the full payment flow end to end, including approvals, captures, settlements, refunds, and chargebacks, ensuring every transaction is processed correctly and on time.
Your work will also include monitoring payment performance, helping with configuration changes, and supporting testing that improves acceptance rates and checkout completion.
In addition, you will help maintain compliance with PCI DSS, card scheme standards, IATA requirements, and applicable regulations by carrying out regular controls, recording exceptions, and escalating unusual findings.
You will partner with external vendors, internal technology teams, and finance stakeholders to investigate and resolve incidents, monitor service levels, support integrations, and keep settlement and reconciliation records accurate.
This position offers the chance to play a key part in a specialized operational function that sits at the center of the airline’s commercial and financial activities.
Responsibilities

- Manage authorizations, captures, settlements, refunds, and chargebacks with accuracy.
- Track payment platform performance and help improve acceptance and checkout success.
- Support configuration work and testing activities for payment systems.
- Perform control checks to support PCI DSS, card scheme, IATA, and regulatory compliance.
- Document exceptions and escalate anomalies when issues are identified.
- Work with vendors, technical teams, and finance partners to resolve incidents.
- Monitor SLAs and support integration-related activities.
- Maintain reliable settlement and reconciliation data.
Requirements
- A degree qualification is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in payments, financial services, or merchant/airline payment operations.
- Strong understanding of the full payment lifecycle, including authorization, capture, settlement, refunds, and chargebacks.
- Practical experience handling payment operations and resolving processing issues across multiple channels.
- Hands-on familiarity with payment ecosystems such as orchestration platforms, gateways, acquirers, card schemes, and alternative payment methods.
- Experience with PCI DSS requirements, card scheme rules, operational controls, and incident management is an advantage.
