Role Overview
This individual contributor role is centered on delivering excellent support to patients and providers by sharing accurate product information, resolving concerns, and making sure communication is clear, supportive, and empathetic. The goal is to help patients feel acknowledged, informed, and connected throughout their care journey.
What You Will Do
- Provide patient-first support and help turn dissatisfied patients into advocates through strong service and follow-through.
- Work closely with Field, Operations, and Sales teams by sharing timely feedback that helps improve the patient experience.
- Identify recurring issues, investigate common concerns, and partner with other teams to suggest and put preventative improvements into place.
- Contribute to a stronger overall patient experience through proactive communication and service.
- Support employee experience initiatives and help reinforce the company’s culture and core values.
- Assist in developing and rolling out employee programs that encourage engagement and a positive workplace culture.
- Review incoming patient orders and referral documentation for branch offices nationwide to confirm the clinical and insurance documentation needed for care and benefits processing.
- Request authorization or benefit information from health plans through electronic or verbal channels as needed.
- Build productive working relationships with field leadership through collaboration, communication, and partnership.
- Complete other assigned tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in healthcare or health insurance is preferred.
- Strong focus on patient needs and the ability to work backward from patient goals.
- Self-driven approach with the ability to recognize and respond to issues with limited supervision.
- Comfort working collaboratively across teams and functions.
- Clear, concise, and transparent written and verbal communication skills.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a sincere interest in health and well-being.
- Ability to build relationships and expand professional networks effectively.
- Intermediate ability with Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Word.
- English language proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Intermediate math skills, including the ability to understand, interpret, and create spreadsheet-based data.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
This is a stationary role that may involve frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist movement, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and focusing adjustments. Occasional physical activity may include lifting, carrying, walking, climbing, kneeling, bending, twisting, pushing or pulling, and reaching above shoulder level. The role may occasionally require lifting equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
The position is remote, but it must be performed from a distraction-free home office/workspace during scheduled work hours. Candidates must physically reside and work within the United States. Company systems and equipment are monitored for security purposes, and company equipment may not be taken outside the United States without prior approval.

Compensation and Benefits
The expected hourly pay range for this role is $15.90 to $17.00. Final compensation may differ depending on relevant experience, skills, education, and location.
