Role Summary
As Partnerships Executive, you will be responsible for expanding and managing Elect Capital’s broker network. This is a senior commercial role that combines relationship management, deal structuring, pipeline ownership, and coordination across internal teams. You will act as a key contact for introducers, support junior team members, and help shape the wider partnerships function.
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand important relationships across the broker and partner network.
- Set the standard by building strong deals, handling pipelines, and helping drive volume.
- Serve as the main senior contact for complicated queries, unusual cases, and escalations.
- Coach and support junior partnership executives to improve team performance.
- Work closely with credit, sales, and operations teams to keep transactions moving quickly.
- Review partner performance and put improvement plans in place to increase engagement.
- Identify commercial gaps, friction points, and opportunities, then take action.
- Support training, onboarding, and outreach efforts for new introducers.
Requirements
- Demonstrated background in B2B lending or financial partnerships.
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to build trust and close deals.
- Confident verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience mentoring others or managing people in a sales or partnerships setting.
- Strong organisational skills and comfort working in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and take accountability for outcomes.
