Role Summary

The Partnership Activation Manager will be responsible for handling brand partnerships and ensuring each partner receives excellent service and meaningful value throughout the year. This position focuses on delivering partnership commitments, coordinating with marketing and content teams, and using performance data to show the impact of each collaboration. The right candidate is relationship-driven, proactive, and genuinely enthusiastic about women’s sports.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with brand partners while acting as their primary day-to-day contact.
• Keep regular communication flowing with partners to understand their goals, address concerns, and support issue resolution.
• Help ensure partner satisfaction and strong outcomes for both the league and its sponsors.
• Manage the delivery of partnership obligations and confirm that agreed deliverables are completed on time and in full.
• Partner with internal teams to weave sponsor initiatives into league operations and marketing plans.
• Plan and run partnership activations at games, league events, and other important touchpoints.
• Make sure partner experiences are engaging, effective, and aligned with Unrivaled’s quality standards.
• Work closely with the CRO and VP of Partnerships to support discussions, coordination, and execution.
• Contribute ideas and strategic feedback that strengthen partnership performance and encourage innovation.
• Review partnership data to evaluate results and identify meaningful insights.
• Prepare polished recap documents and KPI reports that clearly communicate partner value and return on investment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in brand development, account management, or a similar field, ideally in sports or entertainment.
• Proven ability to manage brand partnerships and deliver marketing initiatives successfully.
• Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and project management abilities, with the capacity to juggle several priorities at once.
• Solid analytical capability, including the ability to interpret data and build professional KPI reports.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is required.
• Genuine interest in women’s basketball and a working understanding of the sports industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or a closely related discipline.
