Job description

Working Hours

  • Work is scheduled across 2 to 3 weekdays each week.
  • Each shift runs for 4 to 6 hours.
  • Hourly pay is between $12 and $15.
  • Office-based work hours are 10:00am to 4:00pm.

Role Overview

This part-time administrative role supports day-to-day office coordination and general admin tasks in a Singapore office setting.

Key Duties

  • Handle routine administrative tasks and office support work.
  • Use Canva and Microsoft Excel/Office at a basic level for simple tasks.
  • Communicate with clients through messages and phone calls in a basic, professional manner.
  • Take on other straightforward ad hoc administrative assignments as needed.
