  • Assist with planning submissions, design development information and technical drawing packs.
  • Coordinate project information with architects, consultants and outside stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentation documents, reports and visual content for client meetings and planning applications.
  • Join project meetings, site inspections and design reviews when needed.
  • Support design conversations and help evolve project concepts over time.
  • Help keep work aligned with programme timelines and quality expectations.

  • Experience preparing planning and technical drawing packages.
  • Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.
  • Good communication and organisational ability.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a team.

Desirable:

  • Background in residential, workplace, hospitality, mixed-use or refurbishment projects.
  • Familiarity with UK planning procedures and project delivery.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and Enscape.
  • A desire to move toward Part III qualification.

  • Opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of high-quality projects.
  • Exposure to every phase of the design and delivery process.
  • Supportive, collaborative studio environment.
  • Strong mentoring and opportunities to grow professionally.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Central London office with flexible working arrangements.
