Role Overview

Finch is a worldwide, fully distributed performance marketing agency supporting clients in the US, LATAM, Europe, and Asia. The company is hiring a Paid Social Specialist to take full ownership of daily campaign operations across a group of paid social accounts. The position is focused on building campaigns correctly, testing continuously, and keeping performance aligned with defined KPI goals while staying alert to issues before they escalate.

This is a specialized, non-entry-level role. From the start, you will be expected to manage several accounts on your own, protect tracking accuracy, and run disciplined creative and audience experiments. You will partner with the Social Lead Specialist and creative teams to keep execution aligned with broader strategy, but you will be responsible for the work itself.

The strongest fit will be someone who works in Meta Ads every day, has handled multiple clients at once, and can clearly explain why campaigns are succeeding or falling short.

Responsibilities

  • Create and oversee scalable paid social account structures across prospecting, retargeting, and lifecycle campaigns so delivery stays stable and learning continues.
  • Turn creative concepts into measurable test variations, separate strong and weak performers, and use iteration to improve results across channels.
  • Check pixel, CAPI, and event configurations, watch for attribution inconsistencies, and keep campaign setup clean so decisions are based on dependable data.
  • Manage the daily pacing and performance of assigned social accounts, proactively identifying risks and adjusting toward KPI targets.
  • Coordinate with the Social Lead Specialist and the creative and strategy teams to keep execution aligned with paid social objectives and client growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of practical paid social experience, with Meta Ads required and TikTok and/or LinkedIn experience considered an advantage.
  • Demonstrated success managing several client accounts at the same time, ideally in high-spend or high-volume settings.
  • Strong knowledge of paid social campaign architecture, including prospecting, retargeting, and lifecycle flows.
  • Hands-on ability with pixel and CAPI setup as well as event validation.
  • Clear understanding of attribution models and how to maintain signal quality.
  • Experience using structured frameworks for creative and audience testing.
  • Strong grasp of performance marketing metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CPM, and CTR.
  • Working knowledge of full-funnel strategy and how creative and audience decisions change at different stages of the funnel.
  • Very strong attention to detail and disciplined data hygiene habits.
  • Upper-intermediate to advanced English proficiency is required.
