Overview
SUPERCINEMA is looking for a Paid Media Strategist to support the early-stage growth of its pre-launch social presence. The role focuses on building an audience of film enthusiasts through smart social strategy, including both organic growth and paid media direction across channels such as Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
What you’ll do
- Create growth plans to expand reach and audience engagement on Instagram, TikTok, and related channels.
- Shape the overall social positioning and define content pillars that make the brand distinctive.
- Advise on short-form video direction, including Reels and similar formats.
- Recommend tactics for community building and stronger audience interaction.
- Offer strategic guidance on paid campaigns, with an emphasis on Meta and comparable platforms.
- Identify targeting opportunities, growth levers, and ways to improve performance.
- Convert strategy into clear, practical recommendations for the client.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success growing creator-led accounts or media brands on Instagram, TikTok, and Meta.
- Solid knowledge of short-form video, Reels, and social content planning.
- Hands-on understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, and paid media strategy.
- Experience in entertainment, film, or creator-oriented campaigns is an advantage.
- Comfort working independently in a freelance advisory capacity rather than handling daily execution.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
