Role overview
SUPERCINEMA is looking for a Paid Media Strategist to steer the organic and paid social growth of its pre-launch brand. The focus is on building a strong, highly engaged audience of film enthusiasts while shaping the direction of the social presence across Instagram, TikTok, and related platforms.
This position is centered on strategic input rather than hands-on execution. The selected professional will advise on content direction, audience development, targeting, and paid campaign planning to help position the brand as a standout social presence.
What you will do
- Create audience growth plans for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant social channels.
- Set the brand’s content pillars and overall social positioning.
- Offer guidance on Reels and other short-form video approaches.
- Suggest tactics to strengthen community engagement and audience participation.
- Recommend paid media approaches for Meta and other suitable platforms.
- Advise on audience targeting, growth levers, and campaign performance improvements.
- Turn strategic thinking into clear, practical recommendations for the client.
What we are looking for
- Demonstrated success growing creator-led or media-focused accounts on Instagram, TikTok, and Meta.
- Solid knowledge of Reels, short-form video, and social content planning.
- Hands-on understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, and paid social strategy.
- Prior exposure to entertainment, film, or creator-oriented campaigns is an advantage.
- Comfort working independently in a freelance-style role focused on guidance and strategy, not daily execution.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
