Job description
Role Overview
This full-time remote position is for a Paid Media Manager based in Colombia. The role supports several direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands and focuses on building, launching, and improving paid campaigns with a strong emphasis on precision, analysis, and measurable growth.
You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving agency-style environment, handling several accounts at once, and turning campaign data into practical next steps. The work is highly execution-oriented and suited to someone who enjoys starting campaigns from the ground up rather than only maintaining existing ones.
The pay range for this role is USD 1,250 to USD 2,500 per month.
Key Responsibilities
You will manage the day-to-day execution of paid media across Meta and Google platforms, monitor performance closely, and help keep campaigns aligned with business goals. The role also includes reporting, account organization, and collaboration with internal team members.
Paid Media Campaign Work
- Create, launch, and improve advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, including Facebook and Instagram.
- Set up Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.
- Define campaign structure, audience targeting, testing approach, and platform settings.
- Run detailed QA checks before campaigns go live to make sure everything is accurate and consistent.
- Help with new client setup and migration of campaigns between accounts.
Performance Improvement
- Track campaign results and budget delivery each day.
- Spot weak-performing campaigns and recommend ways to improve them.
- Adjust audiences, bids, and creatives based on performance trends.
- Keep spend efficient while working toward target outcomes.
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare weekly and every-two-week performance updates for multiple accounts.
- Review key metrics and turn them into useful recommendations.
- Compare results against KPIs and look for patterns that can guide future improvements.
- Present information clearly in a structured, client-friendly format.
Account Coordination and Teamwork
- Handle several ad accounts at the same time while staying well organized.
- Maintain consistent naming systems and clean account structures.
- Assist with account reviews and onboarding for new clients.
- Work closely with senior media buyers and other internal stakeholders to execute paid media plans efficiently.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of practical experience running paid media campaigns.
- Direct experience creating campaigns from scratch rather than only managing existing ones.
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.
- Solid understanding of campaign structure, audience building, creative testing, budget pacing, and optimization.
- Ability to analyze performance independently and create advanced reports.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts at the same time.
- High attention to detail and a careful approach to quality checks before launch.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Comfort working independently in a remote, asynchronous setup.
- Clear communication and responsiveness using tools such as Slack.
- Advanced English at C1 level is preferred for internal communication and documentation.
- Preferred background includes use of Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar attribution tools.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking implementation is a plus.
- Experience with DTC e-commerce brands is preferred.
- Exposure to industries such as apparel, wellness, supplements, or consumer products is preferred.
- Understanding of creative strategy and ad copy best practices is a plus.
- Agency experience supporting senior media buyers or paid media teams is preferred.
What Success Looks Like
- Launching accurate, strong-performing campaigns across several client accounts.
- Keeping campaign structures and account organization consistent.
- Delivering timely and useful performance reports.

Important Notes
