About the Organisation

Happy Learners Therapy Services is a paediatric therapy provider based on Brisbane’s Southside, with more than 11 years of experience supporting children and families. The service is NDIS-registered and has a team of 10 occupational therapists ranging from early-career clinicians to highly experienced senior practitioners. The organisation focuses on therapy that is evidence-informed, family-centred, and delivered through play and meaningful participation.

The broader mission is to help children and young people take part more fully in everyday life by building skills, confidence, independence, and family capacity through engaging, child-led intervention.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Base salary of $90,000 to $110,000, depending on experience, plus superannuation.
  • Additional benefits include a CPD allowance, bonus program, parental leave program, travel allowance, and flexible extra leave.
  • Work that is purposeful, with therapy grounded in connection, collaboration, and practical outcomes for children and families.
  • A welcoming team culture with an open-plan office, responsive leaders, shared ideas, and a genuinely supportive environment.
  • Built-in admin time during the week, with no expectation of after-hours note writing.
  • Laptop, therapy resources, and ready-to-use report/templates provided, along with strong administrative support.
  • KPIs are designed to be achievable and sustainable, with the bonus program tied to goal attainment.
  • Ongoing professional growth through CPD support, internal learning opportunities, fortnightly in-house professional development, and quarterly team days during school holidays.
  • Modern clinic facilities in Springwood designed for play, creativity, and connection.
  • Clear pathways for career progression, with options aligned to individual strengths.
