About the role
The organization is hiring a detail-focused PACS Data Entry / Service Desk Analyst in the United States to support a Spectra Data PACS setup. This position is important to keeping radiology workflows running smoothly. The work centers on fast, accurate PACS data entry, day-to-day operational support, and basic service desk assistance. Because the current environment does not have dynamic PACS workflow assignments for radiologists, this role plays a key part in maintaining continuity and efficiency. The right person will be dependable, process-oriented, and comfortable following set procedures while using sound judgment to resolve issues.
What you'll do
- Enter large volumes of data into the PACS system with a high level of accuracy to support radiology operations.
- Provide first-line PACS support and handle basic troubleshooting through service desk functions.
- Work in line with Knowledge Base articles and standard operating procedures to keep work consistent and reliable.
- Support radiology processes in a static or non-dynamic PACS setting to help maintain uninterrupted operations.
- Spot workflow problems or mismatches and escalate items that do not follow the documented process.
- Protect data accuracy, integrity, and prompt processing of radiology images and related records.
- Coordinate with teammates to improve operational flow and overall efficiency.
- Record support actions and communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders.
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in data entry.
- At least 1 year of experience in service desk operations or a support environment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior exposure to PACS systems or a radiology / healthcare IT setting is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Previous work in data entry or service desk roles.
- Basic familiarity with healthcare workflows is preferred.
Benefits
- Hourly pay between $20 and $22.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts.
- Life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.
- Short-term and long-term disability coverage.
- Paid time off and employee assistance programs.
- 401(k) retirement plan with company matching.
- Other voluntary benefits or benefits required by law.
Equal opportunity
The employer follows an equal opportunity policy and welcomes applicants regardless of race, color, religion, citizenship, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, physical or mental disability, veteran status, marital status, or any other protected status. The company is committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive workplace and will provide reasonable accommodation support through the recruiter when needed due to a disability.
