Job description

Job Purpose

This programme is designed for recent graduates who want to begin a career with a globally recognised aviation brand while gaining international exposure beyond the UAE. It is intended for ambitious Emirati talent with a strong curiosity to learn, an interest in overseas assignments, and a desire to represent the nation on a global stage.

About the Programme

Emirates Group is offering an Emirati graduate development programme with multiple outstation opportunities outside the UAE. The initiative runs for 18 months and is built to develop graduates through practical experience across different business areas within the group.

The programme gives participants the chance to work with brands and functions such as Commercial, Sky Cargo, dnata, and Airport Operations. Graduates will act as representatives of the group in destinations around the world while building the knowledge and capability needed for a long-term career.

Training and Development

Participants will go through a structured learning journey that combines hands-on work, job rotations, training courses, and relevant qualifications. The programme is tailored to help graduates strengthen their skills and develop into well-rounded professionals.

The development experience includes:

  • 18 months of structured training with rotating outstation assignments
  • International work placements in different countries, based on business requirements
  • Mentorship from experienced professionals and senior leaders
  • Access to workshops, training sessions, and continuous development opportunities
  • Exposure to a global network of graduate peers and industry professionals

Although location preferences cannot be selected, assignments will be decided according to business needs. The placement may extend for up to 6 years, and candidates should be comfortable adapting to changing environments.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following conditions:

  • UAE national with a valid UAE passport
  • Age of 27 years or below
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college recognised by the UAE Ministry of Education, in any major
  • CGPA of 3.0 or above, or an equivalent result
  • Up to 1 year of work experience
  • IELTS score of 6.0 or TOEFL score of 550 at the time of application
  • National Service completed or fully exempted

Recruitment Process

The application process starts with submission through the Emirates careers portal, along with all required documents. Applications will be reviewed by the recruitment team, and shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an in-person group assessment at Emirates HQ.

Candidates who progress further will complete psychometric testing and then attend an in-person interview or assessment with hiring managers. Successful applicants will receive an offer, followed by onboarding support to help them transition smoothly into the role.

Additional Information

Attestation from the Ministry of Higher Education is required for all certificates.
