Role overview
This sales position is responsible for generating revenue by finding new business, converting leads into customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. The work involves outreach by phone and virtual meetings, handling incoming enquiries, recommending suitable products, preparing quotations, and keeping the sales pipeline updated in a CRM system.
You will also coordinate with internal teams so orders are processed correctly, deliveries happen on time, and customers receive a high level of service. In addition, you will be expected to keep regular records and reports on sales activity, market observations, and progress toward targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals in either remote or field-based sales settings.
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills, with a consultative approach to selling and retaining customers.
- Confidence using CRM platforms and common office software to manage day-to-day sales tasks.
- Professional communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to explain product value clearly and persuasively.
- Good self-management, organisation, and time management, with the ability to work independently from a remote location.
- Previous exposure to car valet products, chemical products, or a related industry would be a plus.
- Ability to review basic sales figures, work toward targets, and adapt activity levels to improve results.
Work arrangement
The role can be adjusted between part-time and full-time on a case-by-case basis. It is fully remote, so the selected candidate can work from anywhere.
