Role Overview
The Outlets Manager will lead and manage the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets at Cristal Hotel Abu Dhabi. This position demands ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining consistent standards, and supervising outlet staff, schedules, and service delivery. Responsibilities include overseeing product quality and compliance with health and safety standards, driving revenue through upselling and promotions, managing costs, coordinating with kitchen and operational teams, handling inventory and ordering procedures, addressing guest feedback, facilitating staff training and development, and collaborating with hotel management to enhance outlet performance and strategy.
Key Qualifications
- Strong dedication to customer satisfaction and service excellence with a skillful approach to managing guest feedback.
- Proven leadership abilities in people management, including team oversight, coaching, scheduling, and evaluating performance within hospitality or food and beverage sectors.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages benefits.
- Competence in inventory control, stock management, cost monitoring, and reduction of waste across outlets.
- More than five years' experience managing hotel dining or bar operations, preferably in four- or five-star hotels.
- Good understanding of food & beverage processes, financial basics, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, and in a fast-paced environment.
- Hospitality diploma or degree preferred; equivalent practical experience accepted.
