Role Overview
This full-time onsite opportunity is for a proactive, target-focused Outbound Sales Executive / Business Development Executive based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, at Crystal IT Park. The position is suited to someone with 1 to 2 years of experience in selling digital marketing services and website development solutions, with a strong ability to generate new business, manage the full sales journey, and close deals confidently. The monthly pay range is ₹20,000 to ₹25,000.
Core Responsibilities
- Create fresh business opportunities through outbound prospecting methods such as cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and networking.
- Identify, screen, and qualify potential customers for digital marketing and website development offerings.
- Sell service solutions that may include SEO, Google Ads (PPC), social media marketing, content marketing, and website design and development.
- Handle the entire sales process from initial lead generation through to final closure.
- Meet clients, learn their business needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Discuss pricing, prepare proposals, and convert opportunities into closed business.
- Develop and nurture lasting relationships with both domestic and international clients.
- Keep prospects engaged with regular follow-ups and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Work with internal teams to support smooth project handover after the sale.
- Update CRM entries, sales reports, and activity logs accurately.
- Track market changes, competitor activity, and wider industry trends.
Required Background
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Hands-on experience selling digital marketing services and website development solutions is required.
- Proven ability to meet targets and close deals successfully.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing topics such as SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, and web development.
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Capability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Good relationship management and client handling skills.
- Prior exposure to international clients is mandatory.
- A self-driven, goal-oriented, and performance-focused mindset.
- Preferred exposure to CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, outbound lead generation, and B2B consultative selling.
