Role Summary
Hotel Lake View, part of the Stay Blessed hospitality group, is hiring an OTA Expert for its corporate office in Tolichowki, Hyderabad. This role focuses on managing online travel distribution, improving channel performance, and building strong corporate booking relationships across the group’s hospitality units.
About the Organization
Stay Blessed Group operates across multiple hospitality units and provides accommodation and corporate hospitality solutions. The organization is expanding and is looking for a professional who can contribute to revenue growth through both digital travel platforms and business-to-business client engagement.
What the Role Involves
The selected professional will work on digital distribution, online channel optimization, and corporate sales initiatives. The position requires a strong grasp of analytics, commercial thinking, and the ability to support revenue improvement through OTA platforms and corporate partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Manage OTA operations across platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Yatra, Airbnb, and similar channels.
- Use dynamic pricing, inventory control, and promotional planning to improve visibility and drive room revenue.
- Track performance indicators including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and conversion rates to support steady growth.
- Work closely with Front Office, Revenue Management, and Operations teams to keep information accurate and ensure smooth reservation handling.
- Approach and secure corporate clients, HR and admin teams, and travel partners to build lasting business ties.
- Create and execute sales strategies aimed at achieving corporate revenue goals.
- Partner with Marketing and Branding teams to roll out promotional campaigns for OTA and corporate business.
- Handle OTA-related issues and guest concerns in line with company policies and service expectations.
- Compile and present monthly reports covering OTA trends, corporate bookings, and revenue insights for management review.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in OTA operations, revenue management, or corporate sales in the hospitality industry.
- Hands-on knowledge of OTA extranets, channel management tools, and hotel PMS systems.
- Good understanding of pricing optimization and market segmentation concepts.
- Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to perform well under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet KPI targets.
- Experience in the Hyderabad hospitality market will be an added advantage.
