- NJO Designs supplies own-label fine jewellery to the Irish trade.
Role overview
There is an opening for an in-house Order Fulfilment Assistant to join NJO Designs on a permanent, full-time basis. The role is central to making sure customer orders are handled with speed and precision, while also supporting office administration and production operations. The ideal person will be well organised, proactive, and confident in a busy, fast-moving environment.
What you will do
- Pick, prepare, and process customer orders for dispatch according to company procedures.
- Create invoices and the required shipping paperwork for each order.
- Arrange deliveries and shipments with courier and logistics partners.
- Track order progress and help ensure items are fulfilled on time.
- Keep stock data and inventory records accurate and up to date.
- Support stock counts and inventory checks.
- Process returns and exchanges, including the associated paperwork.
- Answer customer phone calls, emails, and general queries in a professional way.
- Take on other ad hoc tasks as needed to assist the wider team.
Experience and skills
- Experience in jewellery, manufacturing, or e-commerce is preferred.
- Strong planning and time-management abilities.
- High level of accuracy and close attention to detail.
- Good computer literacy, including the Microsoft Office suite.
- Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.

- The ability to stay organised and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Comfort working both independently and collaboratively.
