Kodiak moves freight every day for customers across the southern United States with its autonomous systems. Role overview

As an Operations Specialist, you will support development and production operations by keeping workflows safe, efficient, and accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with several safety drivers in a professional, upbeat, and respectful way.
• Monitor run progress throughout the shift and keep records current and precise.
• Maintain and refresh information in the company’s Truck Management System.
• Build driver schedules from the assignments available, which may include nights and weekends.
• Develop, update, and retain SOPs for operational workflows.
• Investigate, record, and report issues related to the autonomous system.
• Flag trip-related problems and logistical mismatches when they arise.
• Support AV system setup, including checklist-based cross-checks and other health checks.

What you should bring

You should be comfortable with flexible work patterns, including day, night, and weekend shifts, and be able to stay composed in high-pressure situations while exercising sound judgment. Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability across different operating systems, and the capacity to stay organized while handling multiple priorities are important. Working knowledge of Google Workspace tools such as Sheets, Docs, and Drive is expected. Prior exposure to a call center or similar environment is preferred.
