Job description
Role Overview
This position is responsible for managing nationwide store operations for the Global SS Beauty brand. The role acts as the key guardian of the brand across stores and ensures that customer, employee, and merchandise-related resources are effectively managed to deliver strong business outcomes.
Experience Required
The ideal candidate should bring 10 to 12 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual and seasonal business plans for all stores.
- Plan resources strategically so that sales targets are met across the country.
- Review store floor plans every quarter and coordinate any required changes with Brand Managers.
- Act as the bridge between retail stores and the central office to ensure smooth rollout of business plans.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews for individual stores.
- Oversee customer process checks and audits within the assigned region.
- Ensure SOPs are consistently implemented across locations and audited regularly using checklists.
- Maintain and monitor perpetual inventory control at store level.
- Assess manpower requirements every quarter using the strategic resource management framework.
- Work with the marketing team to plan and roll out customer-centric sales promotions and events.
- Drive improvements in CSI and ESI.
- Provide leadership to store teams so their goals align with corporate objectives and they stay motivated to meet sales and business targets.
- Handle conflicts effectively and work toward practical win-win resolutions.
Qualification
A graduate degree is required; an MBA is preferred.

- Understanding of sales, profitability, and retail business dynamics.
- Awareness of current and emerging market trends.

- Excellent analytical and commercial thinking.
Preferred Industry
Beauty or retail industry experience is preferred.
